Abstract:
Práce Konflikty v týmu a jejich řešení se zabývá problematikou konfliktních vztahů na pracovišti. V úvodu rozděluje konflikty na typy dle jejich charakteristik a vymezuje paradigma. Dále vymezuje nejčastější příčiny vzniku konfliktů, a hledá jejich počátky. V další části práce uvádí důsledky konfliktů pro jedince, i pro organizaci. Na závěr navrhuje řešení konfliktů dle známých postupů.Abstract:
Work Conflicts in the team and their solutions deals with conflicting relationships in the workplace. In the introduction to the types of conflicts divided according to their characteristics and defines paradigm. Furthermore, it defines the most common causes of conflicts, and seeks their origins.
