Abstract:
V této práci se zabýváme analýzou různých populačních modelů. Cílem je rozebrat si jejich chování ve spojité i diskrétní variantě. Nejvíce se věnujeme modelu dravce a kořisti, který nabízí ze zde prezentovaných modelů nejzajímavější dynamiku. Součástí práce je též přenesení teoretických poznatků do programového prostředí R language, kde získáme jejich grafické i numerické výstupy. Porovnáme dosažené …more

The purpose of this thesis is an analysis of different population models with the purpose of discerning their behavior in both continuous and discrete variants. The most relevant model for this thesis is the predator-prey model, which offers the most interesting dynamic of all the presented model types.
