Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem ?Domácí násilí spáchané v přítomnosti nezletilých dětí z pohledu vybraných spolupracujících profesí? si dává za cíl popsat problematiku domácího násilí se zaměřením na násilí páchané na dětech a dopady na ně. Domácí násilí ovlivňuje život i budoucnost dětí a rodin a je potřeba co nejvíce poukázat na jeho závažnost. Pozornost budeme věnovat i postupu orgánů činných v trestním řízení při výslechu dítěte. V praktické části chceme zjistit pohled na příčiny, příznaky a jiné problémy spojené s domácím násilím od vybraných profesí a zmapovat, zda preventivní činnost je dostačující. Význam práce spočívá ve snaze poukázat na danou problematiku a zjistit, jak by se dalo lépe upozornit na závažnost problému a pomoc obětem.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis entitled "Domestic violence committed in the presence of underage children from the perspective of selected cooperating professions" puts the target to describe the problem of domestic violence, with a focus on violence against children and the impact on them. Domestic violence affects the lives and future of children and families and it is needed to show its seriousness. We will also pay attention to the process of law in criminal proceedings in the hearing of the child. In the practical part we want to find out the sight on the causes and symptoms and other problems associated with domestic violence from selected professions and map if the preventive activity is sufficient. The importance of the work lies in trying to show on this problem and find out how to show better on the seriousness of the problem and help the victims.
