Possibility of automation in clinical laboratories

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je podat informace o využití automatizace v laboratořích klinické biochemie. Teoretická část je zpracována jako přehled některých současných výrobců automatických analytických systémů a krátký popis jejich přístrojů používaných v jednotlivých úsecích biochemických laboratoří. Byl vypracován a rozeslán dotazník vybraným pracovištím v regionu Moravskoslezského kraje a také nemocničním laboratořím ve zbytku České republiky. Údaje získané tímto dotazníkem byly vyhodnoceny a přehledně uvedeny v tabulkách a grafech. Dále byly vybrané výsledky zpracovány statisticky, aby se zjistilo, zda zastoupení analyzátorů různých výrobců v dotázaných laboratořích je rozdílné.

Abstract:

Purpose of these bachelor´s thesis is to give the informations about using automation in clinical laboratories. Theoretical part is worked up like overview of some current manufacturers of automatic analytical systems and short description of their devices used in several sections of clinical laboratories. A questionary was build-up and sent to selected workplaces in the Moravian-Silesian region and also to hospital laboratories in the rest of Czech Republic. Data get from this questionary were analysed and clearly listed into tables and graphs. Further were selected results worked up statistically,to find out,if representation of analyzers of various manufacturers in polled laboratories is different.
