Abstract:

PETRŽELKOVÁ, Barbora. Edukační proces u pacienta po abdominoplastice. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o.p.s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: doc., PhDr. Anna Mazalánová, Ph.D., MPH, RS. Praha. 2024. 58 s. Tématem této bakalářské práce je edukační proces u pacienta po operaci abdominoplastiky. V teoretické části je popsán význam abdominoplastiky, její historický vývoj, nejčastěji používané postupy a příčina, která pacienty vede k této operaci. Následně jsou uvedeny indikace a kontraindikace. Zahrnuje také předoperační, perioperační, pooperační péči a komplikace, které se u této operace mohou vyskytnout. V závěrečné teoretické části je popsán význam a jednotlivé fáze edukačního procesu. Praktická část je zaměřena na edukaci pacientky po abdominoplastice. Edukační proces je složen z pěti fází a obsahuje čtyři edukační jednotky, které jsou zaměřené na pohybový a dietní režim, správnou péči o ránu a jizvu a zásady nošení kompresního břišního pásu. Stanovené cíle edukačního procesu jsou úspěšně splněny. Pacientce jsou předány potřebné informace a dovednosti, které bude moci aplikovat v praxi. Na závěr je uvedena diskuse. Dále doporučení pro praxi, která jsou určená jak pacientům, tak všeobecným sestrám. Výstupem bakalářské práce je informativní brožura.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the educational process of a patient after an abdominoplasty surgery. In the theoretical part discusses the meaning of abdominoplasty, its historical development, the most commonly used procedures and the reason that leads patients to this surgery. Subsequently, indications and contraindications are presented. It also covers preoperative, perioperative, postoperative care and complications that may occur with this surgery. The final theoretical section describes the importance and the different stages of the educational process. The practical part focuses on patient education after abdominoplasty. The educational process consists of five phases and includes four educational units that focus on verticalization, exercise and diletary regimen, proper wound and scar care, and the principles of wearing a compression abdominoal belt. The set objectives of the educational process are successfully met. The patient is given the necessary information and skills to apply in practice. A discussion is provided at the end. There are also recommendations for practice for both patients and general nurses. The output of the bachelor thesis is an informative brochure.
