The bachelor thesis deals with eosinophilic esophagitis, for which an important part of the treatment is an elimination diet. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts and etiopathogenesis. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá eozinofilnou ezofagitídou, ktorej dôležitou súčasťou liečby je eliminačná diéta. V teoretickej časti sú vymedzené základné pojmy, prelínajúce sa celou prácou a základné zhrnutie etiopatogenézy.
