Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickéou část. Teoretická část bakalářské práce byla rozdělena do tří základních kapitol. V první kapitole byly popsány všechny makrobiogenní a vybrané mikrobiogenní a stopové prvky. Prvky byly popsány jak z pohledu anorganické chemie, tak z pohledu biochemie. V druhé kapitole byly popsány jednotlivé vybrané orgánové soustavy, konkrétně soustava dýchací, vylučovací, trávicí a metabolismus. U soustav byla částečně vysvětlena tavba a funkce jednotlivých orgánů, nemoci spojené právě s vybranými soustavami a možnost jejich léčby v rámci lázeňství. Poslední kapitolou teoretické části byly analytické metody, které byly využity pro výzkum v rámci praktické části. Byly vysvětleny základní metody titrace, konkrétně titrace komplexotvorné, princip spektrofotometru a základní fungování pH metru se skleněnou elektrodou. V praktické části byl po dobu 8 týdnů sledován vzorek Ferdinandova pramene. Výzkum byl zaměřen na pozorování změn výskytu kationtů vápenatých, hořečnatých, manganatých a hodnoty pH. Praktická část měla ověřit, zda jsou tyto ionty navzájem ovlivňovány a zda to má vliv na celkové léčebné účinky pramene.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis was divided into three main chapters. In the first chapter, all macro biogenic and some micro biogenic, and trace elements were described. These elements were described both from the point of view of inorganic chemistry, and biochemistry. In the second chapter, some selected organ systems were described, specifically the respiratory system, excretory system, digestive system, and metabolism. The structures and functions of individual organs, the diseases associated with the selected systems, and the options for their treatment within the spa were also partially explained. The last chapter of the theoretical part dealt with the analytical methods that were used for research in the practical part. In the next part, the basic methods of titration were explained, specifically complexation titrations, the principle of a spectrophotometer, and the basic functioning of a pH meter with a glass electrode. In the practical part, a sample of the Ferdinand spring was monitored for 8 weeks. The research was focused on observing changes in the occurrence of calcium, magnesium, and manganese cations and pH values. The practical part was supposed to verify whether these ions are influenced by each other and whether this affects the overall healing effects of the spring.
