Tata diplomová práce se zabývá vzájemným vztahem regulace a ekonomické výkonnosti. Analyzuje dopad regulačních nástrojů na trhy, a to nejen s ohledem na ekonomickou výkonnost, ale i na cíle sledované vládou doprovázející jejich zavedení do praxe. This thesis deal with the bilateral relation of regulation and economic performance. It analyses the impact of regulation tools on markets - not only with respect to economic performance but also to objectives followed by government accompanied their implementation into practice.
