Abstract:
Bakalárska práca je zameraná na výskum bežne používaných metodológií projektového manažmentu v odvetví informačných technológií. Cieľom práce je popísať aktuálny stav projektového manažmentu vo firme EmbedIT, poskytnúť odporúčania a vytvoriť dokumentáciu alebo smernicu pre projektový manažment vo firme EmbedIT.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on a research of commonly used project management methodologies in an industry of information technology. Aim of the thesis is to describe as-is status of project management in EmbedIT, to provide potential recommendations and to create a documentation or a guideline for project management in EmbedIT.
