Diplomová práce pojednává o hledání cest k psychohygieně při autorčině průchodu studiem herectví ve dvou rozdílných ateliérech. Autorka se zde formou reflexe zabývá v nejprve svým objevováním potřeby zabývat se psychohygienou na základě specifičnosti profese herectví a také skrze přístup a fungování prvního, autorkou navštěvovaného, ateliéru.
