Abstract:

Navržený projekt je aquaponická farma umístěná do objektu ve tvaru vzducholodě, která je vybavena vodní nádrží ve spodní části trupu a kvalitním filtračním systémem. Vzducholoď leží na vodní hladině ve stacionární poloze. Její stabilitu zajišťuje kýl vybavený hydrofoilním křídlem. Při pohybu vpřed se vzducholoď díky tomuto křídlu zvedne nad vodní hladinu, čímž připomíná klasickou létající vzducholoď. Farma se může pohybovat mezi různými přístavy a fungovat jako mobilní trh se zeleninou. Odstraňuje se tedy typický zemědělský proces od pěstování plodin na poli, sklizně, přepravy do zařízení pro balení a expedici, přepravy produktů do skladů či obchodů po navrácení přepravce zpět. Eliminace těchto kroků by měla přispět k pozitivním dopadům na životní prostředí. Díky myšlence samoobslužného mobilního trhu funguje farma, mimo jiné, i na základě principu zero-waste. Zákazníci mohou díky tomu také získat čerstvou a zralou zeleninu plnou vitamínů, což se o produktech v dnešních supermarketech kvůli dlouhým přepravním lhůtám a sběru nezralých plodin říci nedá. Na svém plášti je vzducholoď také vybavena pohyblivými lamelami, které se dokáží otevíráním či zavíráním přizpůsobovat světelným podmínkám a vytvořit tak ideální okolnosti pro růst plodin. Velký přínos práce vidím ve využití existujících moderních technologií v originálním pojetí. Tento projekt si klade za cíl nastínit možnosti využití tohoto typu zemědělství a zvýšit tak informovanost nejen akademického publika ale potencionálně i u širší veřejnosti. I když se podobné farmy již začínají objevovat, stále se jedná o poměrně novou technologii. Zajímavé je také ukázání možnosti propojení několika funkcí v rámci jednoho projektu. Jedním z důležitých přínosů projektu je také vytvoření místa pro setkávání. Trhy vždy byly a jsou důležitými místy pro budování mezilidských vztahů. Vzducholoď by navíc mohla sloužit jako zajímavý způsob vzdělávání nejen v oblasti životního prostředí či nových technologií ale také v rámci konstruktérství či architektury.

Abstract:

The proposed project is an aquaponic farm located in a building in the shape of an airship, which is equipped with a water tank in the lower part of the hull and a high-quality filtration system. The airship lies on the water surface in a stationary position. Its stability is ensured by a keel equipped with a hydrofoil wing. When moving forward, thanks to this wing the airship rises above the water surface, which resembles a classic flying airship. The farm can move between different ports and act as a mobile vegetable market. Thus, the typical agricultural processes including growing crops in the field, harvesting, transportation to packaging and shipping facilities, transportation of products to warehouses or stores and returning of the transporter are eliminated. Exclusion of these steps should contribute to positive environmental impacts. Thanks to the idea of a self-service mobile market, the farm operates, among other things, on the basis of the zero-waste principle. Thanks to this, customers can also get fresh and ripe vegetables full of vitamins, which cannot be said about products in today's supermarkets due to long transport times and picking of unripe crops. On its shell, the airship is also equipped with movable slats that can be opened or closed to adapt to light conditions and thus create ideal environment for crop growth. I see a great contribution of the work in the use of existing modern technologies in an original concept. This project´s aim is to outline the possibilities of using this type of agriculture and thus increase the awareness not only of the academic audience, but potentially also among the wider public. Although similar farms are already starting to appear, it is still a relatively new technology. It is also interesting to show the possibility of connecting several different functions within one project. One of the important benefits of the project is also the creation of a meeting place. Markets have always been important places for building interpersonal relationships. In addition, the airship could serve as an interesting way of education not only in the field of the environment or new technologies, but also in the field of design and architecture.
