Evaluation of management's efficiency in non-profit-making organization
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce představuje fungování neziskové organizace a to zejména z ekonomického hlediska. Ukazuje způsoby získání finančních prostředků potřebných k existenci organizace a rozdílnost kritérií hodnotících efektivnost a výkonnost u neziskových a komerčních podniků. Samotná efektivnost a výkonnost je hodnocena pomocí finančních ukazatelů s přihlédnutím na neziskový charakter podniku.

The bachelory publication introduces the functioning of non-profit-making organization from the economic aspect. The publication outlines different methods of earning financial instruments necessary for organization´s existence and variety of criterions evaluationing the efficiency in non-profit-making and profit-making organizations.
