Certifikace nástroje Service Desk

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice certifikace softwarových nástrojů service desk. První část práce obsahuje teoretická východiska service desku a certifikace service desk nástroje. Dále jsou v práci uvedeny přístupy k certifikaci tohoto nástroje. V této části jsou popsány 4 certifikační autority, které se zabývají posuzováním shody service desk nástroje vůči normě ITIL. V metodické části práce je uveden postup, podle kterého je táto problematika řešena. Dále jsou v práci podle identifikovaných kritérií vyhodnocovány jednotlivé certifikační autority. Pomocí vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant je následně vybrána nejlepší certifikační autorita v kontextu sledovaných kritérií.Cílem této práce je porovnat přístupy k certifikaci nástroje service desk.K naplnění toho cíle musí být splněny další částečné cíle:1. Představit pojem service desk z různých hledisek, pro celkové pochopení problematiky2. Přinést přehled o aktuálních přístupech k certifikacím service desk nástroje3. Definování hodnotících kritérií použitých na porovnávání jednotlivých přístupůNejdůležitějším přínosem této práce je samotné vyhodnocení certifikačních autorit pro nástroje service desk a výběr té nejlepší z pohledu sledovaných kritérií.

Abstract:

Master thesis is focused on topic certification of software tool- service desk. First part of the thesis contains explanations of terms service desk and certification from service desk point of view. Next the thesis introduces current state of different certification approaches for service desk tools. This part contains description of 4 certification authorities which focuses on service desk tool assessment according ITIL. In methodical part of the thesis, there is a description of an approach used for solving the main goal of the thesis. Further in the thesis, there are identified criteria according to which the certification authorities’ evaluation is performed. For this purpose, a multiple-criteria decision analysis is used. Using this methodology, the best certification authority is picked in context of defined criteria. The main goal of this thesis is to compare the certification approaches for service desk tools.To fulfil the main goal, following partial goals must be completed too:1.Explanation of term service desk from different points of view for better understanding of the thesis2.Review of current state of certification approaches for service desk tools3.Identifying assessment criteria for comparison of the certification approachesThe main benefit of the this is the actual evaluation of the certification authorities for service desk tools and identifying the best one according to defined criteria.

Diplomová práca sa venuje problematike certifikovania softwarových nástrojov service desk. Prvá časť práce obsahuje teoretické východiská service desku a certifikácie service desk nástroja. Ďalej sú v práci uvedené prístupy k certifikácii tohto nástroja. V tejto časti sú popísane 4 certifikačné autority, ktoré sa zaoberajú posudzovaním zhody service desk nástroja voči norme ITIL. V metodickej časti práce je uvedený postup podľa ktorého je táto problematika riešená. Ďalej sú v práci podľa identifikovaných kritérií vyhodnocované jednotlivé certifikačné autority. Pomocou viackriteriálneho hodnotenia variantov je následne vybraná najlepšia certifikačná autorita v kontexte sledovaných kritérií.Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je porovnať prístupy k certifikácii nástroja service desk. K naplneniu toho cieľa musia byť splnené ďalšie čiastočné ciele:1.Predstaviť pojem service desk z rôznych hľadísk, pre celkové pochopenie problematiky2.Priniesť prehlaď o aktuálnych prístupoch k certifikovaniu service desk nástroja3.Definovanie hodnotiacich kritérií použitých na porovnávanie jednotlivých prístupovNajdôležitejším prínosom tejto práce je samotné vyhodnotenie certifikačných autorít pre nástroje service desk a vybratie tej najlepšej z pohľadu sledovaných kritérií.
