Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je porovnat penzijní systémy České a Slovenské republiky a na základě analýzy určit vhodnou variantu pokračování penzijního systému v ČR. V teoretické části je popsán důchodový systém z obecného hlediska. Navazuje deskripce a analýza důchodových systémů obou sledovaných zemí. The aim of the thesis is to compare pension systems of the Czech and Slovak Republics and based on the analysis, to determine a suitable option for the continuation of the pension system in the Czech Republic.
