Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá filmovým plakátem a jeho dobovým a kulturním kontextem. Je zde stručně zmapovaná historie a vývoj filmového plakátu od počátků kinematograe do prvních let druhé světové války. Movie posters and their cultural context are the subjects of this thesis. It defines the poster production and outlines the origins of film poster creation. There is a briefly mapped history and development of the film poster from the beginnings of cinematography to the early years of the Second World War.
