Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá genderovými rolemi v zaměstnání v České republice. Jednotlivé kapitoly popisují postavení žen na pracovním trhu. Na postavení žen na pracovním trhu má vliv vzdělání a následný výběr zaměstnání. Cílem je zjistit příčiny diferenciace z hlediska genderových rolí na pracovním trhu. This Bachelor thesis deals with gender roles in respect of employment in the Czech Republic. The individual chapters describe the status of women in the labour market. Education and subsequent choice of employment have the influence on the status of women in the labour market.
