Bakalářská práce se zabývá v první kapitole teoretické části stručnou historií výslechu, prvními zmínky o výslechu, mučícími metodami od starověku po metody mučení státní policií v Československu. V dalších kapitolách provedením výslechu, jeho dokumentací, stádií výslechu a v poslední kapitole je věnována pozornost výslechovým místnostem. In the first chapter of the theoretical part, the bachelor thesis deals with a brief history of interrogation, the first references to interrogation, torture methods from antiquity to the methods of torture by the state police in Czechoslovakia.
