Coping Strategies of Security Personnel in Relation to Their Personality Characteristics
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá copingovými strategiemi bezpečnostních pracovníků, jejich osobnostními charakteristikami a vzájemným vztahem těchto dvou oblastí. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 107 osob, kterým jsme administrovali dotazníky SVF-78 pro zjištění strategií zvládání a NEO-FFI pro zjištění osobnostních charakteristik. Abstract:
This study deals with the coping strategies of security personnel, their personal characteristics and the interaction of these two areas. The research sample consisted of 107 people. There were used questionnaires SVF-78 to identify coping strategies and the NEO-FFI for personality traits.
