Předložená práce je zaměřena na "Typy konfliktů a jejich příčiny ve firmě". Téma konfliktů jsem zvolila z důvodu jejich aktuálnosti, neboť se s nimi všichni setkáváme takřka denně. Konflikty nás ovlivňují v našich životech, ať už osobních či těch pracovních, a ne každý se s nimi umí vypořádat. The present work is focused on "Types of conflicts and their causes in the company". I chose the topic of conflicts because of their topicality, because everybody faces them almost daily. Conflicts affect us in our lives, whether personal or professional and not everyone can deal with them.
