Bakalářská práce se zabývá pohledem pracovníků v přímé péči na komunikaci se seniory ve vybraném domově seniorů. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice z oblasti stáří a stárnutí. Je zde zmíněna legislativa v návaznosti na zákon o sociálních službách, jejichž součástí jsou i domovy pro seniory. Bachelor thesis inquires into direct care workers' opinion on communication with pensioners in selected home for the elderly. Theory deals with the problematics of age and aging.
