Evaluation of the Investment Project in the Company Karel Kaňák, s. r. o. and its Financing in the ČSOB, a. s.

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit investiční záměr společnosti Karel Kaňák, s. r. o. a navrhnout pro něj vhodný způsob financování od ČSOB, a. s. Teoretická část je věnována literární rešerši odborné literatury týkající se obecného vymezení investic, jejich klasifikace a jednotlivých fází, dále možnosti financování, procesu bankovního úvěru, ekonomického hodnocení investic, rizik z investic plynoucích a v neposlední řadě finanční analýzy. Praktická část je členěna na analytickou a projektovou. Analytická část zahrnuje charakteristiku společnosti a analýzu jejího mikroprostředí a makroprostředí, které jsou východiskem pro projektovou část, stejně jako analýza jejího finančního zdraví. V projektové části je charakterizován a pomocí dynamických metod zhodnocen investiční záměr. Výsledkem práce je doporučení financování investičního projektu bankovním úvěrem od ČSOB, a. s., který je podroben citlivosti na současné nejisté ekonomické podmínky.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the investment project of the company Karel Kaňák, s. r. o. and to propose the best way of its financing by using sources from ČSOB, a. s. The theoretical part of this thesis is devoted to a literary search of specialized literature concerning the general definition of investments, their classification and individual phases, as well as financing options, the bank credit process, economic evaluation of investments, investment risks and, last but not least, financial analysis. The practical part of the diploma thesis is divided into analytical and project part. The analytical part of the diploma thesis includes characteristics of the company and the analysis of its micro-environment and macro-environment, which are the starting point for the project part of the diploma thesis, as well as the analysis of its financial health. In the project part, the investment project is described and evaluated using dynamic methods. The result of the diploma thesis is a recommendation for financing the investment project with a bank credit from ČSOB, a. s., which is subjected to a sensitivity to current uncertain economic conditions.
