Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na konstrukci půlené formy na výrobu motopláště. Jedná se o plášť pro motocykly značky ENDURO. Práce popisuje skladbu pláště pneumatiky a dělení plášťů dle konstrukce. Práce taky obsahuje popis jakým způsobem se pneumatiky vyrábějí, způsoby konfekce, popis značení pneumatiky, popis jednotlivých vulkanizačních lisů. This thesis focuses on the design of split molds for motorcycletyre. This is the jacket for motorcycle ENDURO.Work describes the composition and tire casing by cutting sheets construction.Work also describes how to produce tires, clothing forms, a description of the marking tires description of the curing presses.
