Innovation in payment instruments

Abstract:

Křížková, B. Inovace v platebních instrumentech. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2020.Tato bakalářská práce identifikuje významné změny, které nastaly zavedením směrnice Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2015/2366 ze dne 25. listopadu na finančním trhu. Dále jsou hodnoceny současné trendy v oblasti mobilních platebních nástrojů a je popsána problematika třetích stran, jako jsou FinTech společnosti. Na základě srovnání vybraných poskytovatelů platebních bran a teminálů je formulováno doporučení jak pro společnost XYZ, která tyto služby poptává, tak pro banky a platební instituce. Srovnání je provedeno na základě stanovených kritérií, která jsou zaměřena především na nákladovost. V závěru je nejlepší nabídka těchto služeb představena společnosti XYZ.

Křížková, B. Innovation in payment instruments. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2020. This bachelor thesis identifies significant changes that occurred thanks to the introducing of Payment Services Directive 2 to financial markets. It is also directed to current trends in mobile payment instruments and issues of third parties such as FinTech companies. Based on a comparison of selected suppliers of payment gateways and terminals, recommendations are formulated for the company XYZ, which demands these services, and for banks and payment institutions. The comparison is made by means of selected criteria, which are mainly focused on costs. In the end, the best offer of these services is presented to the company XYZ.
