Tématem práce je úspěšný návrat na trh práce u osob, kterým bylo více jak 50 let, když ztratili zaměstnání. Cílem je pojednat o trhu práce, nezaměstnanosti a možnostech osob 50+, jak mohou nalézt cestu pro získání svého nového pracovního uplatnění. The theme of this work is the successful return to the labor market of those people who were older than 50 years when lost their job. The aim is to discuss the labor market, unemployment and possibilities of how can 50+ persons find a way to get their new job.
