Abstract:

Kadlecová, L. Rozhodování generace Z na papírenském trhu. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova Univerzita v Brně, 2024. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na rozhodování generace Z na papírenském trhu. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjištění, jak spotřebitelé vnímají využívání sešitů na zaznamenávání informací. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a analytickou část. Teoretická část shrnuje relevantní poznatky z odborné literatury týkající se spotřebitelského chování, faktorů ovlivňujících nákupní rozhodování, marketingových strategií a charakteristik generace Z. Analytická část se zabývá detailní analýzou papírenského průmyslu a konkurenčního prostředí na trhu se sešity. K získání dat byly použity dva hlavní nástroje: dotazníkové šetření mezi spotřebiteli generace Z a informace poskytnuté vybranou firmou působící v tomto odvětví. Závěrečná část shrnuje poznatky vyplývající z analytické části práce. Na základě těchto poznatků jsou formulována doporučení pro firmy působící na papírenském trhu.

The bachelor thesis focuses on Generation Z's decision-making in the paper market. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to investigate how consumers perceive the use of notebooks for information recording. The thesis is divided into theoretical and analytical parts. The theoretical part summarizes relevant findings from the literature on consumer behavior, factors influencing purchasing decisions, marketing strategies, and characteristics of Generation Z. The analytical part entails a detailed analysis of the paper industry and the competitive environment in the notebook market. Two main tools were used to obtain the data: a questionnaire survey of Generation Z consumers and information provided by a selected firm operating in the industry. The final section summarizes the findings from the analytical part of the paper. Based on these findings, recommendations for firms operating in the paper market are formulated.
