Military families and their perspective on the reintegration of Czech veterans after returning from the mission

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma "Vojenské rodiny a jejich pohled na znovuzačlenění českých veteránů po návratu z mise" je zaměřena na problematiku partnerských vztahů i pracovního začlenění novodobých českých válečných veteránů po jejich návratu ze zahraničních misí. V práci se zaměříme na vysvětlení všech souvisejících pojmů. Popíšeme rodinné prostředí vojenských rodin a adaptační mechanismy využívané při pobytu na misi a po návratu z ní. Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížit postavení soudobých veteránů a nastínit situace, kterými si musejí projít, aby se jim podařilo znovuzačlenit se do společnosti. Upozorníme na kritické momenty, se kterými je třeba pracovat, jak s veterány samotnými, tak s jejich rodinami. Ve výzkumné části použijeme kvalitativní metodu polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Šetřením si odpovíme na potřeby veteránů a jejich rodin. Dále se zaměříme na pozitivní a negativní dopady na kvalitu života rodin veteránů a na osobní potřebu jednotlivých členů domácnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis on the topic "Military families and their perspective on the reintegration of Czech veterans after returning from a mission" is focused on the issue of partner relations and the work integration of modern Czech war veterans after their return from foreign missions. In the work, we will focus on the explanation of all related concepts. We will describe the family environment of military families and the adaptation mechanisms used during the stay on the mission and after returning from it. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to describe the situation of contemporary veterans and outline the situation they have to go through in order to successfully reintegrate into society. We will point out the critical moments that need to be worked with, both with the veterans themselves and with their families. In the research part, we will use the qualitative method of a semi-structured interview. Through the research we will respond to the needs of veterans and their families. We will also focus on the positive and negative impacts on the quality of life of veteran families and on the personal needs of individual household members.
