The subject of this thesis is the analysis of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method implementation into the performance measurement system in the Česká spořitelna, a.s. company. The main goal is to identify and evaluate the contribution of the method. The first, theoretical part is concerned with a detailed description of the BSC method.
