Criminalistic and technical documentation of the crime scene

Abstract:

V diplomové práci s názvem Kriminalisticko technická dokumentace ohledání místa činu je zachycován přesný popis a důležitost této dokumentace při ohledání místa činu. V mé práci detailně popisuji samotné ohledání, jeho druhy a zásady. Součástí ohledání je samozřejmě také jeho taktika a metodika. V detailnější a důležitější části práce je podrobně popisováno, jakým způsobem má být kriminalisticko-technická dokumentace zpracována. A jakým způsobem mají subjekty ohledání postupovat. Každá část dokumentace je v práci podrobně popisována. V neposlední řadě také v diplomové práci poukazuji na chyby v ohledání, které ukazují na konkrétním případě. Samozřejmě i rozvoj techniky je důležitý i pro kriminalistickou dokumentaci, kdy kriminalistika využívá nové metody při ohledání.Cílem této práce bylo popsat a zachytit důležitost kriminalisticko technické dokumentace.Pro praktickou část jsem vytvořila simulované místo činu a vytvořila jsem si vlastní dokumentaci. Důvodem bylo prakticky ukázat, jak by taková kriminalisticko-technická dokumentace měla vypadat.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis titled Criminalistic and technical documentation of the crime scene investigation I decscribe the importace of this documentation of the crime scene investigation. In my work I describe investigation of the crime scene, types and principles in detail. Part of the investigation of crime scene is his tactisc and metodology. In a more detailed and more imporatant part of the thesis there is detailed desciption of how the criminalistic and technical documentation of the crime scene investigation should be processed. And how should subject of the crime scene investigation proceed. Each of part of the documentation of the crime scene investigation is descibed in detail. Last but not least the diploma thesis I point out mistake in the documentation. These mistake I descibe to a specific case. Of course, the development of technology is also important for forensic documentation, hen forensic science uses new methods of investigation.The aim of this diploma thesis was descibe and capture the importace of criminalistic and technical documentation of the crime scene.For the practical part I created a simulated crim scene and I created my own documentation. The reason was practically to show how shold look criminalistic and technical documentation of the crime scene investigation.
