Use the ethics of the third type in organizations which working with people with disabilities.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá etikou třetího typu, konkrétně v organizacích, které pracují s lidmi, kteří mají nějaké postižení. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem, tyto organizace užívají etiku třetího typu. Výzkum probíhal na území Ústeckého kraje. V rámci analýzy webových stránek a sociálních sítí bylo zjištěno, zda organizace etiku třetího typu užívají, nebo nikoliv. Na základě této analýzy byl s organizacemi, které etiku třetího typu užívají, veden rozhovor. U organizací, které etiku třetího typu neužívají byla vedena komunikace skrz elektronické zprávy. Na konci práce předkládám výsledky výzkumu, v nichž jsou uvedeny způsoby užití etiky třetího typu u organizací, které ji prokázaly. Také jsou zde uvedeny důvody neužití etiky třetího typu, které uváděly organizace, u kterých nebyla tato etika prokázána. Všechny tyto výsledky jsou rozděleny do několika skupin.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with ethics of third type in organizations which work with people with disabilities. The objective of this thesis is to demonstrate how such organizations use the ethics of third type. The research was conducted in Ústí nad Labem region. Analysis of their websites and social media sites revealed, whether these organizations use the ethics of third type or not. Based on this analysis, a face to face interview was conducted with representatives of organizations that actually use ethics of third type. When it comes to organizations that do not use ethics of third type, mutual communication was conducted through e-mails. At the end of the thesis, various ways of use of ethics of third type that have been reported by selected organizations are presented. At the end are various reasons of not use of ethics of third type that have been reported by organizations which not use it. Results have been divided into several categories
