Cílem práce je charakterizovat Správu státních hmotných rezerv ČR coby součást bezpečnostního systému ČR a aktéra bezpečnostní politiky ČR. The thesis characterises Administration of Material Reserves of the Czech Republic as a part of the Czech security system and as an actor of the Czech security policy.
