Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá důležitostí dorsolumbální fascie při spinální segmentální stabilizaci a snaží se více přiblížit, proč je její role tak významná. V teoretické části je blíže popsáno anatomické složení dorsolumbální fascie, jakým způsobem je možné fascii vyšetřit a následně ošetřit, souvislost s hlubokým stabilizačním systém, dále jsou v teoretické části práce popsány pojmy stabilita a stabilizace. Největší prostor je věnován různým způsobům hodnocení posturální motoriky. Následně byly tyto možnosti hodnocení motoriky aplikovány do praktické části. Obsahem praktické části bylo posouzení vztahu fascie a stabilizačního systému páteře, kde byly zvoleny koncepty DNS a Australská škola, další složkou bylo měření úhlové rychlosti pomocí gyroskopu. Pro náš výzkum bylo zvoleno 10 probandů absolvující celkem tři měření všemi zvolenými metodami. Z naměřených hodnot během provedených měření jsou stanoveny závěry, které jsou více popsány v metodice práce. Zjištěné výsledky zcela potvrzují, že fascie má na stabilizační systém páteře určitý vliv. Naměřené hodnoty jsou porovnávány napříč měřeními. V závěrečné diskuzi jsou rozebrány jednotlivé hypotézy a porovnány studie, dle kterých byla utvořena praktická část.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the meaning of dorsolumbal fascia in spinal segmental stabilization. Moreover, it explains the important role of dorsolumbal fascia. The theoretic section describes the anatomical composition of the dorsolumbal fascia more in depth, how the fascia can be examined and subsequently treated, its connection with the deep stabilization system and the concepts of stability and stabilization. The largest space is devoted to various ways of evaluating postural motor skills. Subsequently, these possibilities of motor evaluation were applied to the practical part. The content of the practical part was the assessment of the relationship between the fascia and the stabilization system of the spine, where the concepts of DNS and the Australian school were chosen, another component was the measurement of angular velocity using a gyroscope. For our research, 10 probands were selected to complete a total of three measurements, using all selected methods. Conclusions are determined from the measured values during the performed measurements, more described in the methodology of the work. The results confirm that there is a certain effect of fascia in the stabilizing system of spine. The measured values are compared across the measurements. In the final discussion, the individual hypotheses are analyzed and the studies, according to which the practical part was formed, are compared.
