Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza Paktu stability a růstu a jeho praktického fungování. Práce je rozdělena do několika částí. V první kapitole věnuji teorii fiskální politiky a fiskální nerovnováhy. Druhá část je zaměřena na objasnění okolností a důvodů vzniku Paktu. The goal of the submitted thesis is to analyze the Stability and Growth Pact and its practical functioning. The paper is divided into several chapters. The first chapter concerns the theory of fiscal policy and fiscal imbalance. The second part is concentrated on describing the circumstances and the reasons of the establishing of the Pact.
