Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá cenami nemovitostí a diferencí mezi kraji. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy podle současné právní úpravy, trh nemovitostí včetně chování účastníků na trhu a faktory, které účastníky ovlivňují. This Bachelor thesis concerns itself with price of real estates and the difference between regions. In theoretical part there are explained basic concepts based on current jural adaptation, real estate market, including behavior of participants on the market and factors, which impacts them.
