Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se nejprve zaměřuji na mezinárodní a vnitrostátní prameny právní úpravy pracovní doby a doby odpočinku včetně dovolené. Analyzuji platnou právní úpravu těchto institutů obsaženou v zákoníku práce.
