Stress as a risk factor in the work of nurses in non-resident outpatient´s departments

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá stresem, jako rizikovým faktorem ovlivňujícím práci sester působících v příjmových ambulancích. Rozebírá stres a jeho negativní následky z psychologického hlediska. Popisuje práci sester v interní příjmové ambulanci. Ve výzkumné části šetří pomocí dotazníku a narativního rozhovoru v praxi žité a subjektivně prožívané stresory, které lze vysledovat u sester na jednotlivých odděleních. Jedním z výstupů práce bude na základě zjištěných skutečností návrh možných opatření vedoucí k eliminaci stresorů působících na sestry.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with stress as a risk factor affecting work of nurses operating in non-resident outpatient´s departments. It analyzes the stress and its negative results from psychological point of view. It describes the work of nurses at non-resident outpatient´s departments. In the research part there it investigates, with the help of a questionnaire and a narrative interview, practically lived and subjectively experienced stressors which can be observed among nurses at various departments. On the basis of the discovered facts, one of the thesis outcomes is going to be the propose possible measures leading to the elimination of the stressors impacting the nurses.
