Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout střednědobou strategii pro podnik Economia, který působí v mediálním odvětví. Práce byla zpracována metodou výzkumné případové studie. Cílů práce bylo dosaženo nástroji strategické analýzy, kterými byly například PEST analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, VRIN analýze, GE McKinsey matice nebo SWOT analýza. Abstract:
The main objective of this bachelor thesis was proposal of the mid-term strategy for company Economia, which operates in media industry. This thesis was written as a research case study. The objective of the thesis was reached by tools of the strategic analysis, which were for example PEST analysis, Porter’s five forces model, VRIN analysis, GE McKinsey matrix or SWOT analysis.
