Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Pracovní spokojenost a její vliv na fluktuační tendence ve vybrané organizaci si klade za cíl zjistit, jaký má vliv pracovní spokojenost zaměstnanců vybrané organizace po hromadném náboru na jejich fluktuační tendence. Firma, zabývající se těžkým průmyslem, se nachází ve specifické situaci dramatického navyšování výroby a v poslední době zdvojnásobila počet pracovníků a nábor stále pokračuje. Navíc se potýká s vysokou fluktuací. Z důvodu nedostatku pracovní síly na trhu práce je nutné zjistit, proč stávající pracovníci firmu opouštějí. Teoretická část se zabývá definicí pracovní spokojenosti v různých souvislostech – její vliv na výkon, fluktuaci, jaký má vztah k náboru, stabilizaci a psychologické smlouvě. Kapitolu doplňují také pohledy teoretických studií. Výzkumnou metodou byl zvolen kvalitativní polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Výsledná data jsou rozebrána prostřednictvím otevřeného kódování. Závěr analytické části přináší odpovědi na výzkumné otázky a návrhy opatření pro vybranou organizaci.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis on topic Work satisfaction and its influence on the fluctuation tendencies in a selected organisation aim to find out how the employee satisfaction of the employees of the selected organisation after mass recruitment affects their fluctuation tendencies. The heavy industry firm is in a specific situation of a dramatic increase in production and has recently doubled its staff while the recruitment continues. In addition, it faces high fluctuations. Due to the lack of labour force in the labour market, it is necessary to find out why the currently employed workers leave the company. The theoretical part deals with the definition of work satisfaction in various contexts - its influence on performance, fluctuation, relation to recruitment, stabilisation and the psychological contract. The chapter also includes views on this topic by various theoretical studies. The qualitative semi-structured interview was chosen to be the research method. The resulting data is broken down by open encoding. The conclusion of the analytical part provides answers to research questions and proposals for measures for the selected organisation.
