Tato práce shrnuje relevantní teorii a zkušenosti s právnickými osobami v postavení účastníků řízení. Je zde popsána problematika správního řízení. Jsou zde charakterizovány právnické osoby, a to jak v obecné formě dle občanského zákoníku, tak obchodní společnosti a družstva dle obchodního zákoníku. This elaborate work sums up a relevant theory and experience with corporate bodies in the position of juristic persons. It covers the issues of administrative procedures as well as distinquishes corporate bodies, respectively their general form according to the Civil Code, and trading companies and syndicates according to the Commercial Code.
