Abstract:

Práce se zabývá úzkostí a depresí u žen po porodu. Zaměřuje se na prevenci, diagnostiku, terapii a případnou pomoc. Hlavní cíl: Zjistit výskyt úzkosti nebo deprese po porodu. Vedlejší cíle: Zjistit míru úzkosti a deprese u prvorodiček a vícerodiček. Zjistit míru úzkosti a deprese u žen, které rodily vaginálně a rodily akutním císařským řezem. Zjistit míru úzkosti a deprese u žen, které měly novorozence hospitalizovaného na fyziologickém novorozeneckém oddělení a které na jednotce intenzivní péče. Zjistit, zda má absolvování předporodního kurzu vliv na míru úzkosti a deprese po porodu. Zjistit, zda má nejvyšší dosažené vzdělání vliv na míru úzkosti a deprese po porodu.

Abstract:

The work deals with anxiety and depression in women after childbirth. It focuses on prevention, diagnosis, therapy and possible help. Main objective: To determine the incidence of anxiety or depression after childbirth. Secondary objectives: To determine the level of anxiety and depression in primiparous and multiparous mothers. To determine the level of anxiety and depression in women who gave birth vaginally and who gave birth by acute caesarean section. To determine the level of anxiety and depression in women who had a newborn hospitalized in the physiological neonatal unit and who in the intensive care unit. To find out whether taking an antenatal course has an effect on the level of anxiety and depression after childbirth. To find out whether the highest level of education has an effect on the level of anxiety and depression after childbirth.
