Cílem této práce bylo potvrdit význam amyloidních proteinů APP, APLP1 a APLP2 v patogenezi chronické lymfocytární leukémie (CLL). Tyto kandidátní proteiny byly vybrány po důkladné analýze transkriptomu u klinicky rozdílných podtypů CLL a proteomu zacíleného na proteiny účastnící se nekanonické (PCP) Wnt dráhy, která je pro rozvoj CLL kritická. Abstract:
In this work we tried to confirm the role of amyloid proteins APP, APLP1 and APLP2 in the pathogenesis of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). These candidate proteins were chosen after thorough analysis of transcriptome of two diferent subtypes of CLL and MS/MS data focused on potential modulators of non-canonical (PCP) Wnt pathway, which is critical for the pathogenesis of CLL.
