Diplomová práce se zabývá zásadními změnami v občanském soudním řádu a exekučním řádu provedenými v důsledku novelizace zákona č. 396/2012 Sb. s ohledem na aktuální úpravu. Cílem této práce je porovnat změny v exekučním řízení této právní úpravy a jejího dopadu do oblasti exekucí se snahou podrobit je kritice. This diploma thesis deals with changes in the Civil Proceeding Code and Execution Order made as a result of the amendment to the law n. 396/2012 C. of laws with given to current legislation.
