Business Plan for a Bespoke Travel Agency

Abstract:
The main purpose of the thesis is to develop a business plan in order to start a small business based on the organization of individual group tours. After developing the business plan, the planned operation of the business will be closely examined to offer recommendations to ensure the efficient organization of tailor-made, individual group tours.
