Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá justiční spoluprací v trestních věcech v Evropské unii. V první části se zabývá historickým vývojem evropeizace trestního práva a justiční spolupráce v trestních věcech. Blíže se věnuje také aktuálnímu stavu. V druhé části shrnuje jednotlivé instituce působící v oblasti justiční spolupráce v trestních věcech a řeší vztahy mezi těmito institucemi.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with judicial cooperation of criminal matters in the European Union. It summarizes historic development of europeanisation of criminal law and judicial cooperation in criminal cases.
