Abstract:
Evžen Zámečník je jeden z největších, nejzajímavějších a nejoriginálnějších skladatelů druhé poloviny 20. století a počátku 21. století. Jeho činnost zasáhla většinu amatérských i profesionálních dechových orchestrů. Zabýval se jak symfonickou tak komorní tvorbou. Výjimkou nebyly ani kompozice menších forem. Abstract:
In 1982 the first brass band in the Czechoslovakia called Brno Brass Band was founded. Its aim was to use new brass sound, to find new „music worlds“ and to follow the traditions of Czech concert brass music in another way than traditional brass orchestras do.
