Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá procesem mutageneze a jeho vlivem na strukturu proteinů. První část se věnuje vnitřní struktuře proteinů a způsobu, jak dochází k mutaci v přírodě a jak pomocí softwaru. Práce také popisuje optimalizační metodu z oblasti návrhu proteinů pro řešení komplexních mutací - dead-end eliminaci. This thesis deals with a process called mutagenesis and the way how it affects protein structure. First part of thesis is dedicated to describing primary and secondary structure of protein, comparing real world mutation to mutation done with computer application and describing dead-end elimination algorithm - optimization method for protein design.
