Zdaňování zahraničních příjmů daňových rezidentů ČR

Taxation of foreign income of tax residents of the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku spojenou se zdaňováním zahraničních příjmů daňových rezidentů České republiky. Na základě teoretických poznatků v daňové oblasti je provedena analýza vybraných typů příjmů, kterých může daňový rezident České republiky dosáhnout z Německa. Analyzované poznatky jsou následně vyhodnoceny a navrženy návrhy na řešení dané problematiky.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on issues related to taxation of foreign income of tax residents of the Czech Republic. Based on theoretical knowledge in the tax area is analyzed selected types of income that a tax resident of the Czech Republic can achieve from Germany. Analyzed knowledge is then evaluated and proposed proposals for solving the issue.
