Diplomová práce se zabývá vztahy mezi enzymy, mastnými kyselinami a glykovaným hemoglobinem u pacientů s onemocněním diabetes mellitus. Byly zde použita kombinace metod tenkovrstevné a plynové chromatografie. Po vyhodnocení výsledků jsme se zaměřili na popis korelací mezi jednotlivými lipoidními enzymy a ostatními parametry. This thesis deals with the relationships between enzymes, fatty acids and glycosidic hemoglobin in patients with diabetes mellitus. There were a combination of methods used in thin layer and gas chromatography.
