Agile transformation in Czech corporations

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem agilní transformace v českém korporátním prostředí. Cílem práce identifikovat problémy a přínosy agilní transformace v českém korporátním prostředí, toho je docíleno na základě analýzy dat z kvalitativních rozhovorů, které byly provedeny se zaměstnanci jedné z českých korporací z finančního sektoru. Práce je členěna na tři základní části. První z nich je obsáhlá rešerše zdrojů na téma agilní transformace. Druhá část je teoretický základ agilního vývoje a agilní transformace. Poslední a zároveň stěžejní částí práce je příprava rozhovoru na základě rešerše zdrojů, provedení rozhovorů a jejich kvalitativní analýza. Na základě analýzy je vyhodnocena výzkumná otázka a porovnány výsledky agilní transformace v českém korporátním prostředí s tím, jak agilní transformaci vnímají zahraniční autoři.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on agile transformation in Czech corporations. The main goal of the thesis is to identify problems and benefits of agile transformation in Czech corporations, that is done with qualitative analysis of qualitative interview, which were taken with employees of one of the biggest financial corporate in Czech Republic. The thesis is s divided into three parts. First of them is information resources research for the topic agile transformation. Second part is basics of agile development and agile transformation. Last part, most important, is about qualitative interview preparation, interview conduction and the results are analyzed. With the analysis results is answered the research question and is compared the agile transformation process in Czech corporations with the findings from scientific papers.
