Tématem této diplomové práce je podrobná analýza vývoje zásad aplikace unijních směrnic s ohledem na případ Kücükdeveci. The master thesis focuses on the development of European directives´ application principles with regard to the case Kücükdeveci. The development process of directives cannot be considered as a static phenomenon whereas there are many shifts and changes in this field during history of European Community/European Union that took place in a relatively short period of time.
