This work deals with the relationship of social deviance and infringement. First describes the phenomenon of social deviance itself, its causes and theories of social deviance. Another section deals with infringement and the responsibility for illegal dealings. Abstract:
Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá vzťahom sociálnej deviácie a protiprávneho jednania. Najskôr popisuje samotný jav sociálnej deviácie, jej príčiny a teórie sociálnej deviácie. Ďalšia časť je venovaná protiprávnemu jednaniu ako aj zodpovednosti za protiprávne jednanie. Následne práca popisuje vzťah medzi protiprávnym jednaním a sociálnou deviáciou obecne a podrobne aj na príklade prostitúcie.
